Extremely disappointing experience. I'd give it negative stars if I could. We bought a set of tires online through Giga Tires with installation included, and scheduled an appointment at this location to have them put on. When we arrived, staff tried to pull up our vehicle by license plate and their system would not populate the information. I asked if there was another way to look up the vehicle, and was told no. I asked if a manager or supervisor could override the system, and was told no one was available. In the end, they refused to do the installation at all, even though we had already paid for it when we bought the tires. When I offered to just pay out of pocket on the spot, that was not an option either. What kind of business model is that?! This wasn't a staffing or time issue. There were three techs standing in the bay with no cars in front of them. I specifically asked if we had walked in off the street wanting a tire change, would they help us, and was told no, because they still could not pull up our vehicle information. When I asked why a license plate was even needed to install a tire, no one could explain it beyond "we have to enter it into the system first." One o

They fixed our car which we appreciate, but overcharged us by ~$600 on what we agreed to. After we showed them the mistake, they agreed to make the change. Three weeks later after many calls and promises of fixing this overcharge, we've still not received the credit back. Below are screenshots of what we agreed to on the phone, and the receipt with the overcharge. You can see that the BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH which should have been a cost of $97.60 as shown on the computer screenshot was typed in as $643.97 in the actual receipt, identical to the cost of the FUEL PUMP. It is disappointing that they acknowledged the mistake, promised to give the credit back, and after many calls, never actually did it.

Skips Tire and Auto was able to take my car in for an oil change one hour after I called to make an appointment. I was impressed. The work done was perfect. Thank you!

Had an appointment at 9:30am to replace my two rear tires, the tires already in stock at the shop. Drive all the way there. They say they are too busy to do it. They hadn't called me not to come or anything. Come back and they will do it between 2 and 6 pm (4 hour window to replace two tires?) I drive all the way there, and once again they are too busy to do it. Drive all the way back home. Neither time did they call me to cancel the appointment. While I was there not one but two people came in claiming something had not been fixed right on their cars. The response? Too busy to look at it.

I was attended by Patric at Skip's tire and he was very professional and gave great customer service. I had the 4 tires of my car replaced, balanced and ready for road. Highly recommend this shop as they also offer oil changes and all mechanical works. Make your appointment as I did.
